On the occasion of the upcoming Holy month of Ramadan, please be advised that Ramadan working hours for the Client Service Centres will be from 8:00am to 3:00pm Sunday to Thursday; while the last token will be issued at 2:30 pm.

Please note that Ramadan working hours for the Contact Centre and Live Chat Support will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday through Thursday.
