M. ALPER KULAK

Alper is an international management consultant with 18 years of experience. He is a Senior Partner at Maven Insights and Solutions. He helped a highly diverse set of organisations across GCC, Levant, Africa and Southern Europe to successfully execute their commercial strategies.

Alper led the design and implementation of the incentive programs that helped to motivate for thousands of commercial employees (from store employees and call centre agents to B2B account managers and sales management). He believes successful incentive programs can only be built with the right combination of behavioural psychology, data science and digitization perspectives being considered during both the design and implementation stages.
