In our current speed of living, the need to accurately estimate the cost of projects has increased due to increasing the pressure to deliver projects faster. Business owners, decision makers and project managers must be familiar with the cost implications of design decisions throughout the project development process.
This workshop breaks down the cost process into its component steps and reassembles it into a straightforward, logical methodology for the development of valid cost analysis of projects.
