DMCC organised a seminar on “Mergers and Acquisitions and beyond in the UAE” in collaboration with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Global Mergers and Acquisitions deal-making was off to a strong start in the first half of 2018 (H1 2018), with overall global deal values rising by 59% to US$2.5 trillion compared to the same period in 2017 (H1 2017), despite deal volumes falling by 12%. The Middle East also sustained robust market activity with a 62% increase in deal values in H1 2018 compared to H1 2017, according to a market leading report.
