Focused on the delivery of DMCC’s smart district and sustainability strategy, James leads the development of digital smart district services within the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) community.

James brings over 30 years of experience in real estate, development, facility and asset management on major projects in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and across the Middle East.

James is a member of the UK’s Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
