DMCC Free Zone, in collaboration with IvyCourse.com - online courses from the world’s best Ivy League Universities - today hosted a leadership training session for its Free Zone members. The session was led by Dr Srikumar Rao, a bestselling author and former Columbia University and London Business School professor.
Titled “Achieving a Breakthrough in Personal Excellence & Leadership”, the training was held at Almas Conference Centre in DMCC Free Zone and covered unconventional strategies and tools for enhancing personal and professional development. The aim of the course was to help managers effectively deal with uncertainty, change and high complexity in everyday leadership and focused on proven mechanisms that create a highly motivated and appreciated work environment.
An internationally acclaimed leadership expert, Dr Rao is author of two business books – ‘Happiness at work’ and ‘Are you ready to succeed?’ that have been translated into multiple languages. He has delivered leadership programmes to a number of Fortune 500 companies and top business schools around the world, including Forbes, Google, Merrill Lynch, UC Berkeley. This was Dr Rao’s first training in Dubai.
