As required by Law No. (3) of 2020 concerning Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai issued Decree No. (40) of 2021 forming the DMCC Board of Directors.
Hamad Mubarak Buamim is Chair of DMCC’s Board of Directors, with Abdul Wahed Abdul Rahim Al Olama serving as Vice-Chair. Members of the Board include: Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Abdullah Saif Al Shamsi, Charles George Webb, Roger Alfred Bernstein and Thierry Jean Louis Gimonnet.
Ahmed Bin Sulayem remains Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DMCC.
