In line with the directive of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai concerning the one-day initiative A Day without Service Centres that aims to boost the use of government apps and e-services, please be advised that DMCC will suspend all physical and cash transactions at the Client Service Centres this Thursday 26 October 2017. All walk-in members are advised to use smart channels on that day.
In this respect, please note that our cashier counters will not be accepting cheques on that day; therefore, you are kindly requested to use one of the following payment options:
1. To pay online on the member portal by using a credit card.
2. To deposit your cash / cheques in our partner banks (Noor Bank and Emirates NBD Bank) available in Almas Tower.
We will also provide iPads and laptops at the Client Service Centre for the walk-in members who wish to use the credit card payment facility through their member portal. Please note that the Client Service Centre will continue to accept the submission of passports and documents on that day as per the standard procedures.
