To support the wellbeing of our community, DMCC together with JLT based gyms and fitness centres, launched an exciting new initiative – JLT Fitness Programme. Over 500 community members accessed a wide variety of energising online workout sessions from the comfort of their homes.
Designed to help people achieve their fitness goals and take advantage of their free time, the programme had fun workouts run by certified trainers and instructors that were easy to take part in.
The JLT Fitness Programme had something for everyone and for all fitness levels from relaxing yoga session to challenging full body workout.
