At the heart ofour mission statementis the commitment to be an indispensable partner for our member companies. This commitment means ensuring that businesses in our Free Zone are supported by the highest levels of service, from initial contact through to all aspects of the client relationship.

We understand that the larger the business is, the more administration there is. Through our Key Account Management program, we support our larger clients by assigning them one point of contact and offering exclusive products and services.

Key Account Criteria:

Key Account Services are offered to member companies by invitation only. In order to become part of DMCC’s Key Account Management program, companies must be at least one of the following:

  • Publicly Listed: A company that has issued securities through an initial public offering (IPO) and is traded on at least one stock exchange 
  • Government Owned: A company that is fully-owned or semi-owned by a government entity
  • Part of the Top 100 Global Brands List:This must be as per a reputed source, for e.g. Forbes or Interbrand. The company must be truly global, have successfully grown beyond geographic and cultural boundaries, have expanded across the established economic centres of the world, and/or be establishing a presence in the major markets of the future
  • Listed in the Most Recent Fortune / Global 500:This is an annual list of the 500 largest companies compiled by FORTUNE magazine. Rankings take into account revenue figures and includes both public and private companies with publicly available revenue data
  • One JLT Tenant: A company that has signed a lease to occupy DMCC’sOne JLT tower
