Anir specialises in global immigration law and policy. Anir is a dual-qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England and Wales and U.S. Attorney-at-Law, New York) with broad experience in employment and immigration risk and compliance.

Anir has substantial experience in the finance sector, having managed immigration on-site for a multinational bank for a few years and having delivered corporate immigration services for top-ranked immigration practices.

Anir is experienced with delivering Immigration services to multinational corporations, SME’s, and private high net worth individuals for a number of jurisdictions. Since joining PwC Legal, Anir has project managed several global transitions and account implementations and has in-depth experience working with companies in the technology, automotive as well as the oil and gas industries.

Natalie Jones

Natalie advises clients on all matters arising in the course of the employment relationship, from selection of candidates and pre-employment checks, day-to-day queries on remuneration, benefits, performance management and conduct, through to disciplinary issues, termination of employment and the enforcement of post-termination restrictions.

She has extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, restructurings and asset swaps as well as conducting complex employee investigations. She is an expert in advising on and registering entities with the GCC state pension schemes.

Ben is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Dubai office. His experience includes advising clients in relation to both regional and international cross border mergers and acquisitions. He has advised clients in a broad range of industries and sectors. Ben trained at DLA Piper in the UK and has worked in the region for a number of years advising clients on a wide range of m&a transactions and joint ventures.

Ben has worked on several market-leading transactions which include advising Kasamar Holdings, an Abu Dhabi family office, in relation to its first investment, the acquisition of a significant minority interest in the leading regional cultural retailer, Gallery One.

Ben has substantial experience in drafting complex legal and commercial documents (such as share purchase agreements and, shareholder agreements).
