She has extensive experience advising on the employment aspects of multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions, restructurings and asset swaps as well as conducting complex employee investigations. She is an expert in advising on and registering entities with the GCC state pension schemes.

Ben trained at DLA Piper in the UK and has worked in the region for a number of years advising clients on a wide range of m&a transactions and joint ventures.
Ben has worked on several market-leading transactions which include advising Kasamar Holdings, an Abu Dhabi family office, in relation to its first investment, the acquisition of a significant minority interest in the leading regional cultural retailer, Gallery One.
Ben has substantial experience in drafting complex legal and commercial documents (such as share purchase agreements and, shareholder agreements).
