“Beyond Bitcoin: Blockchain in the Energy Sector”.
The event was organised in collaboration with CMS, EPC, Thomson Reuters and DGCX.
Blockchain technology is an innovation with the potential to revolutionise existing business models and enable new transaction efficiency, with its application and potential being explored by a wide variety of market participants.
This session explored how blockchain may be applied across the Energy Sector and key legal and practical considerations. There will also be the chance to ask questions and a panel discussion on how “use-cases” are developing and the opportunities and hurdles currently in the market.
