JLT Master Community Rules
We want all of our residents to live together harmoniously. In order to ensure that our community remains safe, pleasant and enjoyable, we urge our residents to familiarise themselves with and adhere to the Master Community Rules. These rules have been developed for the betterment of not just the residents, owners and developers, but the entire community as a whole. Violations of these rules can lead to fines.

JLT Master Community Declaration
The general purpose of the JLT Master Community Declaration is to preserve the JLT Community for its members through efficient and effective mechanisms that promote high standards of management, maintenance and use of the Master Community.
This Declaration is binding on every Owner, Multi-owned Building Owners’ Association, user of JLT and DMCC, and it is registered as a restriction on the title deeds of all JLT properties issued by the Land Department.
