UNDERTAKINGS: I/We The undersigned, do hereby agree to be liable for any and all transactions conducted by me/us and by my/our representative as members of the Dubai tea trading center. We further confirm that the representative whose name is specified on this application shall be the sole representative acting on my/our behalf as members of Dubai tea trading center. Moreover, I/we agree to be bound by the laws of the Duabi tea trading center, as amended from time to time.

I/we further confirm that all information provided herein is true and accurate and undertake to update you with any changes in respect thereof.

General Conditions

This form is only an application and should not be constructed as an acceptance of membership by DTTC.

DTTC has the right to reject any application for membership.

DTTC has the right to revoke any membership issued earlier without any prior notice.

DTTC memebership is not a licence to transact business in Dubai. For this purpose, the DTTC memeber must have a legal entity or agent in the UAE.
