Signage and advertising is regulated within JLT in order to promote and protect public health, safety, and convenience.
Signage must meet the following criteria:
- Does not reduce the value or amenity of surroundings
- Is appropriate in size, location, nature and content
- Is placed in a safe manner and does not create any hazardous conditions
 All proposed types of external signage and advertising must be submitted separately to DMCCA for review and approval. All fees are required to be settled before any signage is installed at the site.
Types of signage include building names, ‘to let’ signs, shop names, frosted filk, window graphics, temporary banners, A-frame signs, blade signage, glass tint and moveable marketing signage (directional, flyers, displayed products etc)
