Established in November 2010, JLT’s Commercial Sales & Leasing Consultancy offers a full range of services to facilitate purchase or leasing of property for any DMCC or JLT member company.

JLT Commercial Sales and Leasing Consultants are solely focused on servicing new and existing members by matching their office requirements with the right property in the free zone. Being an integral part of the DMCC’s property team, we are exclusively dedicated to the free zone, which means that clients benefit from our extensive knowledge of the commercial assets within the community.

Operating alongside DMCC’s licensing department allows us to offer a seamless approach. From pre-checks and thorough analyses of any owner’s assets, to post-sales processes including the issuance of all commercial property documents to ensure a smooth and efficient licensing experience, our consultants accompany clients throughout every step of the property search and physical company set up. Clients can also expect assistance in gaining access to their chosen property and will be supported in getting connected to any necessary infrastructure, such as DEWA, Palm District Cooling, Empost and Du.
