• Fit-out Contractor Appointment Letter from Unit owner or tenant
• Trade License of Fit-Out Contractor
• DMCC Trade License/Provisional Approval letter for registration as a DMCC Company
• DMCC NOC Attn. to EHS for Fit-Out
• DMCC NOC Attn. to CED for Fit-Out
• Copy of Sales/Lease Agreement /Tenancy Contract
• Complete set of Civil, Architecture, and MEP Drawings

Process

• Contractor/Unit Owner to submit above documents and drawings to Concordia Fit-Out Office
• Concordia will review documents and drawings ensuring compliance with DMCC requirements
• Concordia will submit complete set of documents and drawings to DMCC for approval
• Concordia will collect approved drawings from DMCC and forward to Contractor/Unit Owner

 

Timeline

• Concordia aim to have approved drawings ready for collection within three working days from the date of receiving complete set of documents and drawings from the fit-out contractor or unit owner
