• Contractor to submit complete set of documents and drawings
• Concordia will review documents and drawings and prepare a submittal pack as per CED Standards
• Upon CED notification, Concordia will arrange PRE-NOC Site inspection with CED Inspector
• Concordia will facilitate reply of all queries raised by CED
• Concordia will receive “TRAKHEES-CED APPRAISAL FEE NOTIFICATION” and forward same to Contractor/Unit Owner for their onward settlement
• Concordia will follow up with CED until obtained NOC. After obtaining NOC, Concordia will forward NOC & Approved drawings to Contractor/Unit Owner for their record

Timeline 

• Minimum eight working Days from the date of receiving complete set of documents & drawings from Contractor/Unit owner
