The Dubai Pearl Exchange (DPE), an initiative of Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority(DMCC), is dedicated to promoting and enhancing the global trade of both natural pearls and cultured pearls.

DPE is an exclusive membership-based, physical marketplace that enables buyers and sellers from around the world to transact business in a free zone environment without the need for establishing a full business in the Emirate. As a subsidiary of DMCC, DPE creates a neutral platform for trade and is just one facet of a comprehensive plan in place to revive Dubai’s heritage and position as a leading pearl capital of the world.

Initiatives of DPE include the World Pearl Forum, regular pearl tenders and the Pearl Essencedesign programme.
