We hereby apply for membership of the Dubai Good Delivery System, as a Category 2 Member (as defined in the rules that may be amended by DMCC from time to time (The “Dubai Good Delivery Rules”). We have been provided with a copy of, and agree to be bound by, the Dubai Good Delivery Rules and to pay the initial and annual fees as set out in the Dubai Good Delivery Rules and/or notified to us in writing by DMCC from time to time.

We agree to submit to initial and regular testing of: (i) our assaying capabilities, (ii) gold bars, and (iii) KYC procedures. We confirm that any complaint received by us with respect to any of these points will be copied to DMCC within two business days and that we will cooperate with DMCC to verify the accuracy of such a complaint. If further action is required we will agree with DMCC the best course of action.

Once accepted on the Dubai Good Delivery list, we acknowledge DMCC's right to suspend or rescind approval of our brand or brands.
