GENERAL CONDITIONS

We hereby apply for membership of the Dubai Good Delivery System, as a Category 1 Member (as defined in the rules governing the Dubai Good Delivery system, as amended by DMCC from time to time (The “Dubai Good Delivery Rules”). We have been provided with a copy of, and agree to be bound by, the Dubai Good Delivery Rules and to pay the initial application fee and membership fees as set out in the Dubai Good Delivery Rules and/or notified to us in writing by DMCC from time to time.

We acknowledge that if we no longer hold London Good Delivery status for silver we will no longer hold Dubai Good Delivery status until further third party testing has been successfully completed and that we have to reapply for Dubai Good Delivery status as a Category 2 Member.

Once accepted on the Dubai Good Delivery list, we acknowledge DMCC's right to suspend or rescind approval of our brand or brands
