To apply for a visa transfer, please provide the following documents to the DMCC Government Services Counter:

Transfer from GV/ FZ and father/husband to DMCC:

• Printout of completed online application form from Dubai Trade eServices
• 2 clear colour passport copies plus the visa page
• 4 colour passport-sized photos
• Copy of the trade license
• NOC from the previous company
• Signature card copy of the Free Zone
• Copy of the Emirates ID card
• Attested Educational certificate from the ministry of foreign affairs if the job title will be changed

DMCC will issue a transfer from which needs to be collected and signed by the previous visa issuer. The employee is then required to take the medical test, proceed with the residence visa stamping and then submit the following documents to DMCC:

• Original Transfer Form
• Original Passport
• Original Medical Report
• Employment Contract
• 2 colour passport sized photos

Local Transfer Within DMCC: (counter)

• Printout of completed online Local Transfer application form from Dubai Trade eServices
• Trade Licence Copy of the new Company
• Colour Passport Copy + Visa page
• Employment Contract for the new company
• 6 colour passport-sized photos
• End of service form from old company
• NOC from the previous company
• Resignation letter
• DMCC Employment Card

In case of job title change, you will have to submit the original passport and attested certificate.

Transfer from DMCC to other GV/FZ: (counter)

• Printout of completed online application form from Dubai Trade eServices
• End of service form
• Resignation letter
• Employment card
• 2 colour passport copies
• NOC from the company
• Transfer form
• Security Cheque of 1610.00 AED
