To cancel a visa, please provide the following documents to the DMCC Government Services Counter in Almas Tower, JLT:
- Printout of completed online Employment Cancellation application form from Dubai Trade eServices
- Passport copy together with the visa page
- End of service form
- Copy of the Resignation/Termination letter
- Original Passport
- DMCC employment card
- Emirates ID
