To apply for employment visas, please upload the following documents to the DMCC eServices portal (dubaitrade.ae)
The following documents are required if the employee is outside the UAE:
- Coloured passport copy
- Clear Photo
- Attested Educational certificate from UAE Embassy for the job titles of Executive & above
The following documents are required if the employee is inside the UAE:
- Coloured passport copy
- Clear Photo
- Attested Educational certificate from UAE ministry of foreign affairs for the job titles of Executive & above
- Immigration & Labour cancelation if the employee is on a cancelled Residence Visa; Visit/Tourist visa copy if the employee is inside the country on a Visit/Tourist Visa
Obtaining the residence visa stamp in the Employee’s passport:

Establishment card copy + Employment Contract Form
Upon receipt of the Entry Permit and arrival of the Employee to the UAE, the Employee is required to take a medical test and submit the following documents to the DMCC Government Services Counter:
- Medical Report
- Original Employment Visa
- Original Passport
- Employment Contract
- Copy of Emirates ID/ Copy of the Emirates ID registration form
- 2 colour passport-sized photos
