We hereby apply for membership of the GMR System as a financier (as defined in the GMR Rules). We confirm that we have been provided with a copy of, and now agree to be bounded by, the GMR Rules (as may be ammended from time to time) and to pay all membership and transaction fees as provided for under the GMR Rules and /or shall be notified to us in writing by DMCCA from time to time.

For the purposes of this Statement, the expression “GMR System” shall collectively mean all those gold/commodity receipt systems operated by DMCCA in the jurisdictions of the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, S. Korea and Vietnam together with such other jurisdictions as DMCCA may add from time to time and the expression “GMR Rules” shall collectively mean all those rules issued. by DMCCA and governing the operation of such gold/commodity receipt systems in each such jurisdiction.
