The call centre will respond to all enquiries regarding DMCC and its services, whether it is regarding Sales, Property Sales & Leasing, Trade licensing, Membership, Government services, Billing, Jumeirah Lakes Tower or Events.

• Submission Timings (Documents/Application) are strictly from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Collection Timings (Documents/Licenses) are strictly from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

• No Delivery of Documents/Licenses will take place/occur before 3:00 p.m.

Regular operational hours are from Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
