Application for Registration - Kimberley Process - Company/Individual
All parties interested in registering with the Kimberley Process must submit the following supporting documents:
- Completed stock declaration form (please download below PDF forms)
- Passport copy with visa page of the proprietor/director
- Trade license copy
- Letter of authorization to the clearing agent
- Letter of authorization to the staff representative
