There are no fees or annual costs charged to Visions of Dubai agents.
3. Where can I make the payment? Do you also accept payments in USD?

4. What is the role of DMCC with regards to “Visions of Dubai”?
DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) is a government company responsible for the production, and distribution processes of the “Visions of Dubai” gold coin.
5. Is there a minimum order size?
The total order size must be equal to or more than 25 ounces.
6. Where can I collect my coins, are there additional charges for delivery requests? Ordered gold coins are available for collection at the Gold Souk, Emirates Gold DMCC, DMCC’s Almas Tower and other locations to be specified by DMCCA. Local and International delivery is available for an additional shipping charge (charges vary by location).
7. Can I order individual coins in customized gift sets?

8. As agents, are there any operating restrictions? Where can I get a copy of the rules and regulations?

Yes, the Agents are permitted to sell gold coins outside the UAE without requiring prior approval from DMCCA. There are no territorial restrictions on the sale of gold coins.

4. What are the different coin sizes? How many types of coins have been introduced?
The “Visions of Dubai” gold coin is available in four sizes (1oz, 1/2 oz., 1/4 oz. & 1/10 oz.). Two series of Visions of Dubai coins are currently in circulation: the Burj Dubai series and the Palm Jumeirah series.
