The Enterprise Zone is an industrial development consisting of gold refineries, jewellery workshops and worker accommodations for core DMCC Gold division members. Office spaces are intended only to serve the workshops and refineries.
DMCCA shall provide the necessary infrastructure works for the Enterprise Zone, which shall include the following:
- Roadway design and construction and access to plot.Service corridors for utilities. Property developers shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary NOCs and permits for connection to services from the relevant authorities and DMCCA.
- District Cooling. Chilled water will NOT be available for this development.
- Site drainage works.
Enterprise Zone 1:
Is the zone located adjacent to the Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) Development.
Enterprise Zone 2:
Is the zone located adjacent to the Jewellery and Gemplex (J & G).
