Almas Tower (Almas meaning ‘diamond’ in Arabic) is a landmark building, purpose built to cater to the specific needs of the Precious Gems industry. The 63-floor tower is the focal point of DMCC’s development. With its dramatic glass design and spiraling theme situated on an island surrounded by water, the Almas Tower is a unique addition to Dubai’s skyline.
The Tower houses the corporate offices of the DMCC and the region’s only diamond and pearl exchanges - the Dubai Diamond Exchange and the Dubai Pearl Exchange. This impressive building also accommodates hi-tech security systems and secure vaulting facilities for its occupants.
Office space in the Almas Tower has been sold on a freehold basis. Construction has been completed, and individual units have been handed over to the owners in 2008.
